"Since we began using Who’s Next, we feel we have been providing better service to our students! The software installation and training were flawless.  The Who’s Next software has allowed us to provide first-come, first-serve assistance to our students. It also allows us to communicate with other departments within Student Services when referring students to other areas. This referral helps a great deal because it allows us to explain why the student has been referred to the other area(s), which means the student does not have to explain again.

 

The reporting capability of Who’s Next is also very valuable! The reporting tool is user-friendly and provides several real time reports.  It allows us to track our volume and to see why students are coming into the offices. This information helps with planning and for identifying areas that we might be able to improve. Overall the Who’s Next software allows us to provide more efficient service to our students!

"Germanna Community College was seeking a sign in system that would allow us to capture key pieces of data that were accessible in a report. The data that we needed to capture was what students were seen, what they were seen for, wait times, peak times for staffing, etc. We also needed the system to streamline the triage process as we were using a clipboard with a sign in sheet for several departments.
 
I came across the Who’s Next software and contacted Blue Eon Solutions to see if this product would work for us. After speaking with Jody Orozco, I was excited. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very professional. He made the process so easy; even the training. I was nervous about the training because I didn’t know what it was that I didn’t know but as we walked through the process we were able to work out processes and solutions specific to Germanna. We have had the software for almost a year now and in the first week it paid for itself. Anytime I have contacted Jody, he responds to me right away and I greatly appreciate that. There isn’t a product out there as efficient as Who’s Next and on top of it, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this product as well as Jody Orozco to anyone! For those colleges or offices looking for something that is efficient and easy to use, and that you can capture your data in a report that takes less than a minute to run, then this is your product! Everyone at Germanna has been extremely pleased!"

"We have been using Who’s Next since 2007 and could not be happier with this product.  Upon moving into a brand-new student services building and re-designing our staff and structure of student services, we decided that student sign-in and tracking software program would add the finishing-touch to our project.  Upon searching various options, we selected Who’s Next.  The staff in our student services were immediately impressed with the program, from the ease of use to the instant messaging function to the sophisticated reporting options.  Once our campus began using the product, our other campuses started to use Who’s Next in their departments.  Eventually, we introduced it into our academic successes centers as well.  The customer service has been excellent.  We have received expedient and thorough customer support since we purchased the program."

"Hillsborough Community College has been using Who's Next [since 2007] to sign in student's to various departments, including Advising, Financial Aid, Academic Success Center, etc. Recently the HCC Orientation Team needed to find a new appointment scheduler to help student's register for the in-person Registration Workshop.  In communicating with Jody Orozco about our needs for this scheduler, nothing was out of reach for creating our request.  I am very happy with the process of getting the appointment scheduler created, and with the outcome of the product.  The Appointment Calendar on Who's Next is very easy to use, and runs the reports that are needed for the workshop.  The Registration Page is also very professional and mimics what we were using before, which is what we requested.  The process was very easy, and the results are amazing.  Thank you to Jody and his team for all their hard work toward this project."

"My name is Ramona Simpson and I am a, Senior Academic Advising Specialist, at Tarleton State University and it is my pleasure to introduce Who’s Next.  We have been enjoying “Who’s Next” since 2012 and thoroughly treasured every minute of it.  Before we found this product we were having students fill out a paper and putting those papers in line to know who was next to visit an advisor.  Next we were putting their names in a database manually and running reports off of the data base.  Who’s Next has taken that work off of our staff and makes our jobs much easier!  The students walk in and put their UID in the Who’s Next computer and the rest is taken care of. 
 
Our Executive Director especially appreciates Who’s Next for running reports.  He can also see which advisor is here and how many students are in the lobby.  At one point we needed a report that wasn’t in Who’s Next but that wasn’t a problem; they wrote the report for us. 
 
We have enjoyed Who’s Next so much our provost has gotten on board and she has had several departments on campus look at it and buy it for their area.  At Tarleton we have the following Departments using Who’s Next:  Academic Advising Center, Center for Academic Readiness & Success, Financial Aid, The Writing Center and The One Stop Shop.  Career Services has been asking for specs and is planning on buying it as well.

"We went live with Who’s Next on June 24, 2015 in our Apache Enrollment Center, a quasi “one stop shop” department serving Admissions, Financial Aid, Business Services, and Cashier.  The software is one of the most user friendly software packages that we’ve ever implemented.  Jody and his programming team were quick to add functionality for things that we needed, such as a searchable service list for students to use at sign-in and service specific messages to direct students to different areas of the building or other campus areas.  In other words, it is functioning as 'traffic control' for the entire department and will redirect students if they sign-in for a service not located within the department.   We are very excited to have the software! The TV monitor/lobby display process that we have makes our department appear 'high tech'.  It’s been a huge success and we’ve had many positive comments from students."
