Sign multiple students out at one time.
August 14, 2015
Who’s Next has a feature that allows you to sign multiple students out at one time. This prevents you from having to sign out students one at a time, which can be both tedious and time consuming.
Right click on a student in the Student Lobby or My In-Box windows. When the popup menu comes up click on Sign Multiple Students Out…
The Sign Multiple Students Out window will allow you to sign out all the students either from your lobby or in-box.
Department Name: this dropdown box allows you to select a specific department.
Selected User: this dropdown box allows you to select the user that will get credit for seeing these students.
Students Logged In: this window shows all of the students that are currently logged in. Every student that has a check mark next to their name will be sign out. You can uncheck a student if you do not want to sign her out.
Advised Services: You can manually assign a service to all of the students during this sign out process. If you want to use the service(s) the students used when they signed in, please check the box labeled Use service that student selected while signing in.
Save & Log Out: this button will prompt you to commit to signing the students out and saving their visits at the same time.
*IMPORTANT* please note that Who’s Next will calculate the student’s sign-out time by adding 30 minutes to the student’s sign-in time. For example, if a student signed-in at 9:00 am and you decided to run this feature at 5:00 pm, the software will compute the student’s sign-out time to be 9:30 am.
