Today we trained nearly 100 users on how to use our Who's Next system at Eastern Florida State College. They are going to use Who's Next on their Cocoa, Melboure, Palm Bay and Tituseville campuses.
The plan to allow students to sign themselves in using our Sign-In Station and the Lobby Display to show the students where they are in line. The students will also receive text messages while they wait to be seen and when the are about to be called. Their advisors will use the main component to sign the student out and pick what services were given to the student.
Phase 2 of the deployment will allow their students to sign up for appointments online.

Polk State College based in Florida has decided to use our Who's Next program to track their student visits and services. They have allow students to sign themselves in at all 3 of their campuses, including Winter Haven and Lakeland. The advisors/staff will sign the students out after they have been seen.
Northeast Texas Community College

Northeast Texas Community College has purchased our Who's Next program to use in their Advising, Finanical Aid and Student Success offices.
The college also plans on using our Appointment Scheduler to allow students to sign up for appointments with their Student Success coaches.
Albany State University

We are proud to announce that Albany State University has decided to use Who's Next to track their students in their Financail Aid offices. They are allowing students to sign in using our Student Sign-In Station and our Text Messaging service to text the students while they wait in their lobby.

Text Messaging Service

We are proud to announce our new Text Messaging Service fully integrated within Who's Next. This service will allow students to receive text messages while they wait. Students can receive a welcome message immediately after signing in, status updates while they wait, and a summon message when an adviser is ready to see them.

Olympic College
November 23rd, 2015
Olympic College has started Who's Next in their one-stop area. They are using Who's Next in various offices include Admission & Records, Financial Aid, the Career Center, Access Services and their Welcome Kiosk. When students are signing into their front lobby, the students will be receiving status updates via text message.
The college also plans on using the Lobby Display to show the students where they are in the queue.
Sauk Valley Community College
August 11th, 2015
Sauk Valley Community College has decided to start using Who's Next in their brand new one-stop area. They chose to use Who's Next for our robust Appointment Calendar component. They are allowing students to register for appointments using our Online Appointment Scheduler. When the student enters their area they sign themselves in using the Student Sign-In Station. They are also using the Lobby Display to show the students where they are in the queue.
Gadsden State Community College

Gadsden State Community College has has started using Who's Next to track their students in their brand new One Stop building. They are now tracking their students & advisement services in multiple areas including Advising & Counseling, Finanical Aid, Admissions & Records and Testing.

North Seattle Community College

North Seattle Community College has started using Who's Next in multiple departments of their Student Services areas. They have already expressed interest in expanding the usage to other areas including Admissions & Records.
Tyler Junior College

Tyler Junior College has decided to start using Who's Next in their one-stop area. They have choosen to allow students to sign themselves in using the Student Sign-In Station and have their queue displayed on their Lobby Display monitors. Students are then moved into the appropriate advisor's inbox when they are ready or they are moved to various other department lobbies like Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar.
University of North Carolina Wilmington

The Registrar department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington has started using Who's Next to track their student visits. As each student enters this department they are being signed in by staff at the front counter. Once they are finished being seen, the staff are signing them out and selecting which services were rendered.
The feature they are using the most is the Student Pictures. This feature allows them to see a picture of the student after he or she signs in.

New Mexico State University - Alamogordo

New Mexico State University has decided to use Who's Next at their Alamogordo campus. Their new Student Services area has been designed as a "One-Stop Shop". They are using Who's Next to monitor their lobbies while their students use the Student Sign-In Station to sign themselves in.
They are using our software in various departments including Accessability Services, Admissions and Records, Advising as well as a few others.
College of the Mainland
